WWW Wednesdays (1)

WWW Wednesday's is a weekly event hosted by Should Be Reading!  All you have to do is answer three questions:

1.  What are you currently reading?
2.  What did you recently finish reading?
3.  What do you think you'll read next?

Here we go!

I am currently reading these four wonderful books:

The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness
Page 48
I'm reading this one for a buddy read and it's actually my second attempt at reading it!  I've heard such good things about this series but it's falling flat for me.  I've read quotes from the last one in the series though and it looks so good so I'll stick it out!

City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
Page 42
This is my first time reading this series and well... it hasn't been mind blowing but it is decent.

Dragonfly by Charles A. Cornell
18%
This is an R&R I'm doing for a group on Goodreads!  My review is due on September 5th and I'm 18% through.

Farmers and Cannibals by Eric James-Olson
Page 234
This is another R&R.  I read another one of this author's books (Just After the Fall) and he offered another book to help me get a better feel for the world he created.  Farmers and Cannibals is actually sort of the prequel to Just After the Fall.

What I recently finished:

Halo by Alexandra Adornetto
Finished August 30th
This was a decent book.  There were definite goods and bads.  Read my review HERE.

What I think I'll read next:

Behind the Beautiful Forevers by Katherine Boo
This will be my next library book to read (I read one physical library book, one ebook library book,  one R&R book, and then possibly a book that I own).  My aunt recommended it to me so I can't wait to start!

Awakening Foster Kelly by Cara Rosalie Olsen
I received this for review back in May and am just getting all caught up!  Ms. Olsen and I have set a tentative review date of September 25th.

My Soul Immortal by Jen Printy
Because my 'R&R September' is coming up (me trying to get caught up on all of my R&R books), I'm transitioning from library books to entirely R&R's.  I suspended all my library holds so I'm good to go!  I received this book for review from the author on June 7th (see, I'm getting there!).

What are your WWW's?
