Laurel was mesmerized, staring at the pale things with wide eyes. They were terrifyingly beautiful—too beautiful for words.

Laurel turned to the mirror again, her eyes on the hovering petals that floated beside her head. They looked almost like wings.

  1. I picked up Throne of Glass even though I'm skeptical of it- I usually don't like the newer YA fantasies, but we'll see. I've liked hyped books that I thought I wouldn't like before, and I'm always willing to try a book if it is a Kindle Daily Deal. Looks like you got some good picks today!

    1. You're welcome!

Audible specializes in audio books right? I really don't have much experience with them but I've been wanting to try a couple to see how I like listening to books. I'll check it out - that's such a great deal! Thanks for the heads up!

  4. Hey there, Laura! I so love your little blog here - it's very comfortable and easy to read! ^^

Thanks for these tidbits of information. I've been wanting to give Throne of Glass a shot for a while. Unfortunately, I have an excruciatingly long TBR list, and I don't make it to a new book very often. But.. someday lol.

    All the best to you!

    1. Hi Eve! Thank you so much! You gotta love blue :D

You're welcome! I do as well... I don't think I'm ever going to have a TBR under 40 books. They all just keep piling up!

      Thanks for stopping by!
