I really want to try more second person books just to get a feel for the style and see if it's just this book that didn't work for me or if it's just the POV. I'm not someone for second person writing, but I have to admit that I am much more likely to try it out when it is mixed in with some first person stories as well. It definitely was strange to know that it was supposed to be all heartfelt and emotional and just feel indifferent! If you want to know what a sociopath feels, then I'd suggest second person narration. It would be kind of interesting to try that out. Sounds like an interesting read and it's a shame that you didn't like it more. It seems like it primarily lacked an emotional impact for you. While I'm kind of interested in the second person POV I think I might stay away from this one because I need books to make me feel something in order for me to enjoy it.
