Be A Better Blogger February Challenge: Blogging Schedule

So that's that!

Also, speaking of BABB, here's my final update about the challenge and what I've accomplished!  I'm sure it's pretty obvious from your side of the computer screen but I'll lay it out for you :)

So I nailed down a schedule although I'll still keep it pretty flexible.

Sunday: Review
Monday: Review
Tuesday: Top Ten Tuesday, Tag, or Award
Wednesday: WWW or Waiting on Wednesday
Thursday: Bookish Discussions
Friday: Review
Saturday: Stacking the Shelves and A Week In Review

If I get really stocked up on reviews, I might put reviews on Tuesday or Wednesday as well as Sunday, Monday, and Friday.  Like now, my reviews are scheduled all through March.  I've been reading too many books! :D

I've also been being more productive and using my time more wisely.  During lunch, I'll write up some reviews or do homework so I don't have to do it once I get home.  I've been waking up half an hour earlier in the morning to do homework and write posts.  I've also taken to watching a movie (or at least half a movie) while reading a hardcover.  I don't like reading hardcovers in bed because my arms get so tired and the lighting just isn't right.  So expect some more movie reviews soon!  This way, I've managed to keep up with my hardcover pile from the library and books that I've bought.

That's basically it!  I feel so organized now!  I've taken to making graphics for different features.  I also finally made a banner!  I'm also working on a button although both the banner and button are works in progress.  I'm still figuring out coding and the best size for all these things.  If any of you have any advice, it would be appreciated!

How was your February?

  1. 18 books?! congrats!

The Giver is one of my childhood favorites, I hope you loved it!

I joined a Discussion Challenge and haven't posted any yet. I'll be checking yours out for inspiration.

    1. Thanks! I was a little surprised when I went through my archives to count up statistics :)

It was really good! I actually read it for the first time... maybe 5 years ago? I never wrote a review for it though so I reread it.

Awesome! Discussion posts are definitely my favorite posts to write - I hope you have fun writing them!

  2. Wow, I'm impressed that you've been able to schedule all of your March reviews already! You had an amazing reading month this month! I'm excited to hear about what you think about The Young Elites, as I've been wavering on whether or not to buy it. I'm going to hear Marie Lu speak at a book festival in April so I want to try and read at least something by her before I see her!

    1. Haha I am as well! Usually I only plan like a week in advance and am power-reading through the week! I really enjoyed The Young Elites although it was darker than a lot of books I've read. The main character was both the villain and the heroine which was definitely something to wrap my head around. I really did enjoy it though!

Seriously?? I'm so jealous right now! Her Legend trilogy is also really good (I'm just writing up my review for the final book in that series) if you want to give it a shot!
